Frequently Asked Questions

What is microbial disinfection?

Microbial disinfection is killing germs on surfaces. Germs are microorganisms (microbes) such as bacteria and viruses that can make us sick. According to the CDC's Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting, "Disinfectants kill germs on surfaces. By killing germs on a surface after cleaning, you can further lower the risk of spreading infection."

Our treatment disinfects every surface in every room in your facility.

Does your treatment harm my facility or equipment?

Nope! We use a no-wipe, no-rinse formula that won't damage papers, fabrics, or surfaces. Our treatment leaves no residue.

No offense, but this sounds like snake oil.

No offense taken! It's a legitimate concern, but we're not selling snake oil. Our treatment combines a well-established hospital-grade disinfectant that's been used for over fifty years with an application technology that was patented in the 1940s. We're bringing an innovative process to a formula that's already stood the test of time.

Is your treatment safe for pets and children?

Pets and children (and adults) should step out of the space while it's being treated, but it will be safe for even the little ones to re-enter after just a few minutes.

What should I expect from a treatment?

When you request a disinfection treatment, we'll first call you to confirm a time. When it's time for your treatment, our technician will arrive and let you know they're there. You'll step out of each space while the technician sprays, and then spaces will be safe to re-enter and resume normal operations within ten minutes.

What's your EPA registration number?

The disinfectant we use is a sub-registrant to the EPA #87508-3 product.

Let's do it.

Give us a shout to take disinfection worries off your plate -- for good.
